Organization and Project Audits
Identification of risk factors, resource gaps, blocked communication paths and suggestion of appropriate recommendations to bring organizations or projects in on track and within budget by supporting your team. Audits can also be performed as part of a due diligence assessment to understand and manage the impact of transitions.
Operational Process Documentation and Metrics
Documentation of business processes either to be communicated directly with management and staff, within your BPM platform, or using our proprietary process documentation tools and metrics.
Review of organizational functions. Identification of functions with appropriate criteria. Recommending any necessary organizational changes. Identifying significant business activities and drilling down into processes, if necessary defining metrics around processes in order to set metrics within SLAs.
